You’ll oversee daily clinic operations, support care coordination, lead administrative staff and Medical Assistants, and ensure a smooth patient experience--all while aligning with value-based care goals such as quality, access, and outcomes for our Medicare Advantage patients.

You’ll typically oversee a team that includes front office staff, medical assistants, and other clinic support roles. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure the clinic meets quality and operational goals.

New OMs go through a structured onboarding process that includes systems training, leadership development, and coaching on value-based care principles. Ongoing support is provided through regional leadership and peer networks.

Office Managers are a key part of our leadership pipeline. Many move on to Regional Manager roles or other leadership positions across the organization.

Most of our clinics operate Monday–Friday during regular business hours. Office Managers are expected to be onsite and available during clinic hours and may occasionally attend meetings or trainings outside standard hours.
